    A highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, including 24 years of post-qualification expertise at a Big 4 audit firm. Brings exceptional proficiency in assurance and audit methodologies practiced by leading global firms.

    Extensive knowledge of Pakistan’s Income Tax and Sales Tax laws, coupled with a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and global accounting frameworks.

    Previously served as Director – Audit & Assurance at Deloitte, Pakistan, leading audits and specialized assignments across various industry sectors. Adept at managing large-scale audits, statutory compliance, internal audits, sales tax audits, financial due diligence, and share valuation exercises for both minority and strategic shareholders.
